A trip to Sentosa with our darlings

Well ... after our getaway, KittyJean obviously was guilty not being able to spend time with her princesses. :'( Hence, she decided she needed to take another day off to make up to them!

So ... the whole ging gang were off to Sentosa ! :) Well .. initially we thought of going to d Zoo again (perhaps to see d White Tigers! :D) but as we were too late to get the Zoo pass ... decided against it. The weather was also rather gloomy for a full day outdoor expedition. We thought the whole Sentosa trip was to let them walk around d beach, go to the wax museum etc. But ... we were unexpectedly treated with 2 animal performance at the Palawan Amphitheatre! And that made d gals' day! This was also a blessing coz we paid $10 for 4 adults and a car and we still had d "zoo cum birdpark" experience! :)







Yes ... Gabby truly loved the performance and coz the barboon was saying Bye with his backside up ...:S My dear Gabby is now following suit! :S





Other than that, the other treat was d balloon swords given by Captain Palawan! Wow .. Gabby wanted her blue sword but she was so afraid of Captain Palawan bcoz of his uncouth dredlocks and yellowish teeth: (yes .. he is a pirate!) she refused to let go of Auntie Racqual! Now ... whenever she doesnt wanna bath or comb her hair ... the aunties and granny will tell her .. she looks like Palawan's daughter and up she go to the bathroom! :)







Oh ... and we also walked to the "other side" on the very rocky and shaky wooden bridge!!! And check out yawny Bree Bree resting on her daddy ... awhhh ... so sweet .... Daddy's lil Gal ... Oh .. Daddy's biggy gal is drinking from her bottle lying on her dar dar as well ... :)











With all these ... we ended our short and yet fruitful expedition to Sentosa ... Till next time ! :)

Dar & Baby Bintan Getaway ... 2 of us & Phyllis !

Hmm.. how fast the holidays juz passed by like that! Oh.. last Sat, Dar & I finally went for our lil mini hunnymoon! Yup .. juz d 2 of us setting off to d island of Bintan ... for a full 55 hrs of couple-hood! :) ( Thou Phyllis tagged along too as U can see) Yes .. been a long while since d 2 of us spent time alone esp when juggling with wk and parenting. Its kinda hard to sometimes even have an hr of quality time each day!! Although, we have been truely blessed with our parents helping us with d kids and so we do sometimes have time to "date" :)

Hence, been able to juz have d 2 of us for d full 55 hrs ... it was an indulgence and this trip was truely one relaxing and a great time for us to bond! :) And we did ... with a well-deserved massage at the Mayang Sari's spa ! Wow ... that was heavenly! And thank God ... initially, there wasnt a couple room avail when we booked. But after a bit of waiting and praying .. we managed a couple room! What's so nice about the couple room ... well .. we could not use the facilities .. but they have an outdoor shower area and a made-of stome bath tub should we have taken the other pkg. But the 2 of us are juz massage junkies and what we needed was a full 90 mins body massage! Wow ... it was so relaxing !!! Check out the interior.

Oh .. did i mentioned .. I brought Phyllis .. Dar brought his toy too ! :) Yup his SLR .. which we took several nice shots of the spa .. something our old camera did no justice the last time we came 2 yrs ago! Check out the morning glory shot!

Of coz .. what's Bintan with no Beach shots! We took several nice pics at the beach and one that gave me d creeps .. coz I hate messy looking protuding things ... is d pic of the low tide ... Irrks .. But I have never seen low tide b4 and this is how it looks like !

Oh ... we were blessed with wonderful weather too ...d 1st day was rather COLD but was d windy cold breeze reminded us of our Perth days ... and to have our Dinner at the old Mana Mana beach club was perfect ! It was facing the sea and the ambience was exactly we loved and to top it off with such weather! Cool!

The next day was a perfect day for a tan at d beach or pool. Not too hot or cold. Just right for us! We had a great time at the pool. Later in the afternoon, we rented our fave old buggy ride around the resort! That's my fave part coz my dar dar always pretend his buggy is an ATV and we were rammed it all over the off-limits place!! kekekekke so notty! And we have Phyllis with us! :)

That nite, we were at Pasar Oleh Oleh but we missed the bus back and the next bus back was 2 hrs later .. For those of u who have been there, its much too long to walk for such a small plc like Pasar Oleh Oleh! So .. we had to spend more to take a cab back! :'( Still .. we refused to let our moods be dampened by it. We had our dinner at our Hotel's coffee house facing the sea as well. Was wonderful! Really cant imagine how much d 2 of us put on man! Pasta and Pizza eating the whole 3 meals! Oh My!

All in all ... it was a trip both of us had quality time spent together; rekindling our love that sometimes was forgotten due to the bussle of life. It help us to remember how our love and appreciates each other more. Thank U Dar for being my Dar! muakz.

But end of d day .. we both missed our darlings so very much and cant wait to see them again! So .. we took an extra day off juz to bring them out the next day . And U should have seen the looks on their faces when they saw us coming home!!!

Both gals were listening to the Rock music on Dar's Ipod! :) And they were both rocking away with the rhythm!! Sooo cute!

And the other pic shows Bree Bree trying hard to read her story book. Each time I tried to take it away, she would shout at me! She was doing this for a whole 3 mins at least!

Ah ... and this is of Gabby with Dar ... enjoying their freezing cold Ice Cream!! Yummy Yummy! And Gabby was clearly enjoying every scoop of it. No wonder her cough started from then till now! :P

My Cutie Pies & My Handsome Guy!

Well .. nothing .. just decided to show off pics of my princesses! :)

Also, a short update about my Dar's 32nd Bday not too long ago.

As it was a Sat, decided to wake up early and bring Gabby out for Brekkie at McDonalds. Thereafter, was left with Gabby while Dar kicked-start his Bday with a work-out @ d Gym. :) Gabby & KittyMummy were monkeying around .. walking around d Pasar Malam and then combing the whole of Parkway Parade. :0)

That afternoon, Dar treated me to a Dessert - chocolate & cheese buffet @ Mariott Hotel! Yummy ! Yummy! Though the spread wasnt as wide as expected but was still good enough especially it was spent with d love of my life! :) Oh .. and this B'day Boy was very happy with his B'day pressie from me; so happy like a little boy that he forgot about my existence when he is on it! Nope .. fortunately not a Xbox or Wii (could have been worse treatment!) but just an I-Pod Nano! :) But I was warned .. that would encourage more spending .... yup ... more accessories ! And yes .. he soon got himself a speaker to go with it 2 days later!) At least .. it was on sale so there were some savings after all. And his excuse ... making his present enjoyed by the whole family rather than himself! :S But it's quite true .. d kids can listen to their children's song and x'mas lullabyes in the nite! And Gabby will start shakking and tapping her feet to the rhythm while BreeBree would start swaying her head side to side! So cuteeeeee.. And yes ... the speakers served its purpose and so did I-Pod Nano! :D

Okie .. other than that, as KittyMummy here has been rather busy at work .. little cute moments of my babies bring great laughter and encouragement to spur me to wk aharder so that I can be home faster to see their faces. Check this out .. that's BreeBree growing up so fast that she can now fit into her 2 sistas' house clothes (yes .. Gram has been buying so many of these cartoon tees for both the kids and maids that its almost an uniform u see everyday! And finally, BreeBree can join d gang!)

And this of BreeBree holding a cane trying to beat Gabby Che Che juz coz she heard d Kong Kong tell Gabby Che Che he will take cane and spank her if she is naughty!!!

Ah ... and here they are .. after our Sunday Mass .. with Gangster BreeBree enjoying her Carl's Junior. Oh did you know ? She was being naughty and did not want d new maid to feed her .. Insisted on sitting on my lap and before I could start feeding her .. she took my chicken strip and put it in her mouth! And that was it! She discovered d goodness of Junk Food! She refused to give the strip back to me or did she wanna take her d balance of her plain porridge! :S

After lunch, it was Kia Kia time ... Gabby found her Doreamon and insisted on a pic with the very Blue guy ..:) And thereafter ... d 2 found 2 wooden snakes and wanted to scare KittyMummy with it! Irrks!! I hate snakes!!

Dar & Baby at Marina Barrage

Well .. as we dun have much nince places to go .. Obviously when there is a new plc opened .. KittyJean would wanna go. And this is .. the newly opened .. Reservior in the City - Marina Barrage!

Actually .. was already attracted and curious about this place each time we pass by the ECP as I could see the white words from afar ... But thanks to my shortsightedness ... could never make up the exact words till when it was being advertised ! :S

Anyway, after leaving d gals with small kong kong & ah ma .. decided to Pak Tor with Dar Dar ! :) Well ..place wasnt that bad but weather wasnt exactly matching to d surroundings .. Would have been better if it was cooler!

There is a nice Outdoor water area for the children to play and KittyJean was amazed! And she was running together with the kids. Of coz, the only thing that kept Dar Dar sane was his camera and that he was learning how to take nice pics with it ! :) Of coz, I was his model ! :)

But as it was newly opened, of coz the whole ging gang were there. Hence, we were unable to go for the tour above as d queue was atrociously long! Well .. gives us an excuse to be back and in the night since it would probably be nicer in the night! :) And of coz .. my dar dar can start brushing up his night shots ! :)

All in all, was a nice Sat afternoon spent with my dearest Dar Dar. Muakz

Sunday Time with Daddy, Mummy, DarDar, Gabby & BreeBree

OKie ... not to disappoint my readers (wow ..like i ve got so many! :) ) Let me do a quick update...
Well ... been really busy at work lately and havent had much time for personal stuff. And whatever personal time I have ... I spend it with the kids, my dar dar and my beloved family!

Well .. last Sunday was one of those days which I had d oppotunity to do that all in 1!!! :) And those are so treasured moments which I call it "quality" time! :) Small Kong Kong & Ah Ma were at Mass with us and thereafter .. we headed off for lunchie at Marina Square.
We had a great bonding time among d 3 generations. :) KittyJean here was able to spend time with her daddy and mummy while they in turn could see their greedy grand-daughters eating & also chit-chatting away. Everybody took turns with d gals so each of us were able to engaged in some form of decent conversation. :)

Kong Kong would bring Bree Bree for a walk while Small Ah Ma would make sure Gabby doesnt overeat.. :) And V.V ! AFter our lunchie, its obviou

sly off to Gabby's fave Kiddy palace and My! She was ecstatic! Finally, her lil blue bear ride arrived ! (except that it was smaller than usual; but d 3 of us still squeezed onto it!:S ) And of coz, Bree Bree has now grown to love all kiddy rides and made small kong kong bring her to take many more rides ! Fortunately, small kong kong has many $1 coins !!! kekekeke.


After our caffine replenishment, we brought everyone to our long long over-due but still wk in progress flat! We showed Gabby her lil Blue room! She really liked it so much and insisted she wanted to stay there now. And she even wanted to paint big kong kong's house blue now! :S Yup .. she and her blue.

Yes .. time really flies and my darlings are growing and learning more day by day. Everyday, d 3 lil gals at home continue to surprise me with the things they learned and knew! Its amazing to see how much their lil brain can absorbed!

3 yr old Gabby is almost ready for sch and this Sat is her nursery orientation. Fr next year, she is embarking another journey of her life - the schooling stage! That's also another stage of our life, where ... its d start of education and homework! Also, she has to learn to be independent as she will be on her own at least for 3-4 hrs! She has to learn to take d sch bus and all!

As for Kaitie Gal .. ah .. she is learning to be a bigger che che now! Her mummy is expecting a 2nd one (read: more chaos in d house!) Its kinda different despite her already having Gabby & Bree Bree coz somehow, she still knows, she is d only child in her daddy & mummy's eyes. So .. its another time of change & adaptation as well.

As for Bree Bree ... she has past her 1st bday and more recently .. on Oct 10 actually, she mastered d skill of walking .. so here she is .... walking and running all over with both her che ches. And perhaps having 2 older siblings ... she kinda learned everything faster thru them. She has learnt to wanna get involved in their play activities and even knows how to snatch and squabble with d 2 che ches!!! And seeing her achieving her milestones each day is a blessing! And to think I was able to see it twice (in fact thrice!); Gabby & Kaitie gal.
They are such wonderful miracles created my our ALMIGHTY. Each day I give thanks for each and every moment spent with all my 3 gals.

KittyJean Meets Leon

I have decided to move on; d greiving process has to stopped ... My blog is never gonna come back ..


Yes ... was rather heart broken that all my few years of hardwork updating abt my 2 darlings have disappeared into thin air! :'(
Yes ... when friendster decided to upgrade ... they somehow ... forgot to "migrate" mine. I held on 2 d hope that they say ..it might take a few weeks ..plse bear with us ! But it juz hasnt happened and I doubt it will ... I m probably d unlucky few since some of mi frenz blog were migrated successfully! SOBS ...


Anyway .. like I said .. decided to move on and continue where I left .. to continue to updates accounts of my darlings... and not to disappoint my small support of readers as well ! :)






What better way to kickstart but to talk about my LEON! hahahah
Yup ... for those who have known me long enough would have also known that I have been holding a torchlight for Leon Lai .. And this time ... was a dream coome true; having the opportunity to be so close with him! (thanks Celine!! )





Anyway ... I was to be one of the presenter of flowers to d celebrities and of coz .. Leon is d one I was to present flowers to! My heart was thumping and I was excited as a crazy teen fan! Yes .. I even roped in d help of dar to stationed himself on d 2nd floor of Paragon to capture this moment! :)





And there he is .. after d fashion show and violin performance ... he came! And I passed d flowers 2 d Chairman to be passed to him! Darn! I thouught I was suppose to give him! :"( Never mind ... Leon wanted someone to pass d flowers after his photo shoot .. And there I was ...strtching my hands to him and he saw me!! hahahah
He gave to me and "touched" me hands .. and being a gentleman .. He said "Thanks" !! That was it .. I was forzen in time! :) That was a moment that will be with me forever! ANd oh! It was too fast to be captured by Dar!! "pouts" Still ... I am more than grateful for dar .. for being so patient and being my designated driver and photographer of d day!




Yes ... I thank God for making my dream come true but more importantly for bringing dar into my life !! He is more important than Leon and because he knows Leon has been my idol since I was a lil gal .. He was willing to put up with d crowd and long waiting time coz he noes juz that "touch" will make me a happy gal !! Thank U Thank U Thank U! Yes! U r better than Leon (which u noe! :S ) and U r definitely more macho okie!!! Thats Y i chose U ! :S Muakz !
